- What time are check-in and check-out at the Ocean Street Inn?Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Guests must be 21 or older to make a reservation.
- What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?Cancellation policies may vary by season, date, and rate plan. From May to October, guests must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a a cancellation penalty of one night's room and tax. The hotel also offers a discounted advanced purchase rate which has a non -refundable cancellation policy, with the full payment due at the time of booking. *When reserving three or more rooms, we reserve the right to adjust cancellation and deposit policies. Guests may also be required to sign a group agreement for clarity on these terms.

- Does the hotel offer high-speed internet access?Yes, the hotel offers high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the entire hotel.
- Does the hotel offer ADA-compliant guest rooms?Yes, the hotel offers ADA-compliant guest rooms upon request. Please contact our Reservations Team.
- Are coffee makers, microwaves, and refrigerators provided in guest rooms?Yes, the Ocean Street Inn provides in-room coffee makers, with gourmet teas and coffees, as well as microwaves and refrigerators.
- How many floors does the hotel have?The hotel has two (2) floors and no elevators.
- Does the hotel have guest laundry?Yes, the hotel has a guest laundry.
- Does the hotel have a fitness center?There is no on-site fitness center at the Ocean Street Inn, but the amenities fee gives our guests full access to the fitness center at our sister property next door, the Hyannis Harbor Hotel.
- What are the outdoor pool’s hours?The Ocean Street Inn's outdoor pool is open seasonally, July through September, 8am - 10pm. However, the hours of operation are subject to change.
- What beaches are closest to the Ocean Street Inn?The hotel is within walking distance of several pristine beaches, including Veterans Park Beach and Kalmus Beach.
- Does the hotel provide on-site guest parking?Yes, on-site guest parking is included in our amenity fee.
- What is included in the amenity fee?The amenity fee covers everything you need to elevate your stay at the Ocean Street Inn:
- On-site guest parking for one car. For each additional car, there is an additional daily parking fee of $28 per car during the high season of June through Labor Day and $15 per car per day in May, September, and October.
- Two (2) bottles of water upon check-in
- In-room coffee and tea
- Super-fast high-speed Wi-Fi internet
- Seasonal access to on-site outdoor pool
- Use of lobby computers and printers
- Access to amenities at the adjacent Hyannis Harbor Hotel, including the fitness center, beachfront fire pit, and seasonal outdoor pool and patio.
- Does the hotel accept cash for room charges?We are sorry, but our hotel does not accept cash payments for any services provided. All major valid credit cards are accepted.
