What is the company's COVID-19 policy?
Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruises are now operating at full capacity. Proof of immunization and/or masks are not required. However, the unvaccinated and those with compromised immune systems are encouraged to wear masks.
Are tickets refundable?
Reservations may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice or canceled with a service fee of $5 per person. However, cruises may be canceled or rescheduled during inclement weather or unsafe conditions at the captain's discretion. Rebooking or refunds will be provided in such cases.
